Service was horrible. We waited for 30 minutes to get our order taken and another 30 for it to be made. The resturant was not busy... the staff moved extremely slow. Our waitresses must have been new because she messed up our order several times. We didn't receive our drinks until after our food was almost gone. The manager stayed on his cell phone the entire time while serving customers, so unprofessional. Here it is an hour and a half later and we're still waiting for food. If you can take the extra 10 minutes and drive to another Waffle House, this one sucks.
I had a horrible experience at this Waffle House...This was my first time at this location and my last... The waitress there was not friendly and had a problem because I ask for plastic silverware.... Secondly, my food was horrible... I've eaten Grits all my life and never tasted nothing as awful as their grits, pork chops dry and hard... I ask for manager cook cones to table in an aggressive manner... Asking what do you want me to do and stated she can't help how the pork chops cooked.... Are you kidding me... Awful service and food... I would never step foot back into this eatery. ..
We were sat down and had our orders taken in less than 5 minutes, which should be expected because the place was basically empty. It took another 10 minutes for the server to get our drinks (she was obviously very new but much preferred chatting to her friend than working), and the drinks ended up being wrong anyway. After another 15 minutes, we looked over and realized our food hadn't even been put on the grill, and the cook was literally nowhere to be seen. We promptly got up and walked out, over to Rally's accross the parking lot and were served in less than 5 minutes. Wish we hadn't wasted 30 at this WaHo
Waffle house is a chilled place, great food and focus workers I'll recommend eating there
Don't get me wrong, I am a waffle House fanatic, I eat there regularly, but this was my first time at this location. Poor service is not something I forget, the (usually) amazing service is one of the things keeping me coming back to other waffle houses. But I will not be visiting this one again any time soon.
It was ok. It was my first time going. The menu wasn't what I thought it was gonna be like. The grits were very gritty. The customer service is cool though.
